Ceballos Real Land Service Corp provides landscaping and land services that are customized for each project. Because services are scheduled and materials may be purchased in advance, refunds are not guaranteed once work has been scheduled or performed.

If a customer is dissatisfied with completed work, we encourage contacting us as soon as possible so we can review the concern and, when appropriate, attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds, credits, or adjustments—if approved—are handled on a case-by-case basis at the company’s discretion.

Deposits may be non-refundable, especially when materials have been purchased or labor has already been performed. Cancellations made prior to the scheduled service date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on circumstances.
